Department Public Relations and Communication
The Public “Relations and Communications Office” is the first point of contact for press enquiries. It is responsible for the news section on the university library's website and for the library's social media presence on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. The office also issues filming and photography permits for the university library premises and assists with clarifying image rights.

Social Media
In addition to the announcements on the homepage, the University Library communicates via several social media channels. The Facebook page has been in existence since 2011. The University Library has been operating a YouTube channel since 2018. It has been on Instagram since 2021.
