Language dictionaries

General language dictionaries can be found in the reading room of the main library on the 3rd floor in the dictionaries section (=Wört) as well as in the reading room of the Neuenheim branch library, UBN/A section ... You can also find dictionaries on loan in the textbook collection. Subject dictionaries can be found either under the language or the respective subject.
A selection of online dictionaries can be found in the database information system (DBIS) of Heidelberg University Library under "General/Interdisciplinary" or under the individual linguistics.
