Anatomic teaching models

The branch provides you with anatomical teaching models that are important for studying and preparing for examinations in medicine. Around 300 different anatomical models (mostly SOMSO models), plastinates, disc plastinates and X-ray images are available for use in approximately 600 copies.

Who for?

The anatomical teaching models are available to all users of the University Library. They are particularly important for medical students.

Usage

All anatomical teaching models can be borrowed on a daily basis for use at the Service Desk of the branch. You will find them displayed in the glass cases to the left of the textbook collection in the library's entrance area on the 2nd floor. You can select the models there directly. It is not possible to order or reserve items. Please contact the colleagues at the Service Desk in the branch.
