Digital Editions

In collaboration with national and international partners, Heidelberg University Library makes digital editions of various text corpora available online. heiEDITIONS provides tools for creating and transforming TEI data, as well as for visualising edited texts in various views (e.g. source and reading views, synopsis, index). The platform consists of a backend and frontend and works closely with the Heidelberg digitisation workflow DWork and the HTML viewer heiVIEWER. All content is made available via Open Access
