Deposit Copies of your Dissertation

You can hand in the printed deposit copies of your dissertation either at the Information Center Altstadt (IZA) on the first floor of the University Library Altstadt, Main Building, Plöck 107-109, Tel.: 06221 54-2393 or at the Information Center Neuenheim (IZN) on the ground floor of the Neuenheim Branch, Im Neuenheimer Feld 368, Tel.: 06221 54-4272.

Acceptance times: Monday - Friday from 9:00-15:30 (other times by appointment). Please inform yourself in advance at your faculty about the exact modalities, as sometimes additional copies have to be submitted or the "complete original version" is marked.

The deposit copy can also be submitted by post. Please send the deposit copy(s) together with all required forms to: Universitätsbibliothek Heidelberg, Dissertationsstelle / MB I, Plöck 107-109, 69117 Heidelberg. The confirmation of publication will be forwarded.
