Heidelberg Electronic Document Delivery (HEDD)
General information on HEDD
Heidelberg EDD offers electronic order and delivery of journal and compilation articles (from anthologies, article collections, commemorative publication etc...) to Heidelberg University and Heidelberg and Mannheim University Hospital staff.
The electronic duplication and transmission of journal articles is only permissible as graphic data. These articles may only be used for the purpose of teaching and scientific research.
The HEDD service is free of charge. However, we reserve the option to introduce fees at a later date.
Please note: We offer a large pool of electronic journals and e-books. The full text of e-journals and e-books is accessible immediately. Therefore, articles which already exist in electronic form may not be ordered through HEDD.
Ordering via our library catalogue
You can request articles via HEDD after searching in our online catalogue. You can access the order form by selecting the HEDD button below the library holdings details for each title.
