All books ordered from stacks, branches and interlibrary loans, as well as all reserved books are available in the self-service shelves. This area is accessible via the Lending department on the ground floor. The books are sorted according to the UniID or the user number and can be taken from the self-service shelves. The borrowing takes place in the Lending department.
