Abstract

The aim of this dissertation is to introduce corporate behavioral responses into a corporate tax microsimulation model. Its application can provide valuable insight and a better understanding of the aggregate and firm-level consequences of business tax reform. In the dissertation, the behavioral algorithms of the simulation model are developed, parameterized by means of meta-analyses of the relevant literature, and finally applied.

Translation of abstract (English)

Das Ziel dieser Dissertationsarbeit ist die Implementierung unternehmerischer Verhaltensanpassungen an Steuerreformen in ein unternehmenbeszogenes Mikrosimulationsmodell.Die Anwendung des Modells ermöglicht wertvolle Einsichten in die Wirkungen von Reformen der Ertragsbesteuerung sowohl auf Mikroebene als auch auf aggregierter Ebene. In der Dissertation werden die Simulationsalgorithmen entwickelt, mit Hilfe von Meta-Analysen der relevanten Literatur parametrisiert und letztlich angewendet.
