During our reference hours we supply:
- basic information and help concerning library use
- help on finding literature through the Heidelberg Library Catalogues ( HEIDI, Digikat, and others.)
- bibliographical, biographical references and help on searching literature on particular subjects
- help on handling our electronic services
- help on handling and ordering via interlibrary Loan
- help on handling and ordering via document delivery services (HEDD, Subito for special subject collections, and others)
Advising users at the reference desk has priority for us, so we hope you will understand that we cannot ensure to deal always promptly with phone enquiries (especially if they are time-consuming).
